Joe Korber, update, 7-1-14
Another, much simpler Joe Korber frame, courtesy of Dave Champagne.
Dave informs us that the address is now a high rise of some sort. The frame at the bottom intrigues me a lot, with a finish, that I believe is very specific to a period during WWI. It is, also, an unusual design. I'm adding photographer label to this, on scanty info, but .... Posted 7-1-14

U.H. Patterson & Son
A very large label, probably about 6 x 4 inches ( I forgot to actually measure it ), glued to the wood backing board on a small silver gilt, gold lacquered frame, needing some minor work.
